Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Requirements

• Controlled scaling of paid campaigns based on CAC, AOV & CLV
• Structured tests of creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
• Building and developing CRM flows with a focus on segmentation
• Monthly reporting including clear insights and action recommendations
• Development of the KPI framework and control logic
• Co-ownership of Shopify performance
• Close cooperation in the team to prioritize and quickly implement the most important growth projects
• Experience in e-commerce / D2C growth (paid + CRM ideal)
• Good understanding of numbers
• Experienced in operational work with paid channels
• Experience with CRM tools
• Structured, ownership, implementation strength, and a good sense of priorities
• Feel for creative performance and briefing
• Interest in jewelry, aesthetics, and brand building
• An open and creative work atmosphere with flat hierarchies
