Job Description
Lead a performance-oriented sales team, driving sales success and serving as the primary contact for team members. Analyze sales performance, implement training, engage with customers, and collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales strategies. The role involves direct customer interaction and a focus on achieving campaign goals.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in Outbound Sales / Business Development
- At least one year of leadership experience in sales teams
- Clear, fair, and appreciative communication skills
- Ability to conduct customer conversations with specialists, purchasing, and C-level
- Self-motivated and able to remain calm under pressure
- Well-organized and structured with a spontaneous approach to problem-solving
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- Negotiation-safe knowledge of at least one other foreign language
