Senior Paid Media Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Marketing Manager to build and execute campaigns across all global paid media channels. You'll collaborate with creative, content, and field teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with GTM priorities and deliver against pipeline goals. As the primary day-to-day agency point of contact, you'll oversee campaign execution and implement A/B testing frameworks for always-on creative, audience, and landing page optimization. You'll also leverage AI in campaign execution to increase speed to market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategy and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs, etc.
• Deep technical and analytical skills: comfortable with large data sets, attribution modeling, using tools like Dreamdata, Salesforce/CRM, reporting/visualization tools (Looker, PowerBi)
• Strong ability to leverage AI and automation to improve performance, increase efficiency, and speed paid media campaign execution
• Proven success managing large-scale B2B campaigns across multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise tech preferred
