Requirements
- 3-5 years in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement
- Knowledge of web analytics and customer behavior tracking
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS, hosting, technology services or subscription-based industry preferred
- Ability to design innovative retention solutions
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
