The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SitelogIQ’s Commercial Markets distributed generation (DG) solar photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage system (ESS) projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8-15+ years of project management experience in: Solar PV, energy storage, or distributed generation projects
- Proven experience managing projects in the $2M–$20M range
- Strong understanding of: EPC project delivery, contract structures and risk allocation, construction processes and project controls
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Procore etc. or similar)
- OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Time management and organization skills
- Customer focused mentality
- Ability to fulfill many roles as needed for the growth of the company
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient and using MS Office Suite of products, including MS Project and Excel, as well as Web based and smartphone applications
- Positive – collaborative team player
- Self-Starter and capable of working remotely with minimal management in a flexible and changing work environment
