Job Description
SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. As a Superintendent at SitelogIQ, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for managing day-to-day operations across one or more active construction sites in a market focusing on K-12 education institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of construction-related experience working for a general contractor or specialty contractor coordinating and supervising job site participants on projects ranging from $2M- $50M
- Knowledge of and past success with Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule
- Proficient in technology such as Microsoft Office applications and Procore
- PA Department of Education Federal and State Background Clearances required
