Job Description
Customer Onboarding Specialist at SiteMinder, providing software training to hotel customers in Mexico via screenshare, chat, and phone, using an engaging and informative style to ensure customers learn how to use the products and benefit from all its features.
Requirements
- Fluent Language Skills: English and Spanish
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience
- Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology
- Goal oriented and able to work towards targets
- Always thinking about the customer experience
- Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company is a plus!
