Job Description
As a Revenue Growth Consultant, you will work with existing SiteMinder customers to uncover how they can get more out of their current setup, identify untapped potential, and guide them toward smarter, more profitable decisions. You will engage in consultative, insight-driven conversations to identify needs and recommend the best next step, and consistently meet revenue goals through smart, value-led selling.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B or SaaS consultative sales, ideally within hospitality, travel tech, or similar industries
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and recognize buying opportunities in conversation
- Excellent communication skills, confident, authentic, and persuasive
- Curiosity to understand how hotels operate and what drives their commercial decisions
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong motivation to achieve results and grow your career
