Job Description
As a Solution Analyst I, you will partner with Solution Engineers and Architects to design and deliver scalable solutions that address real-world challenges for global enterprises. This role blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and customer engagement to create solutions that matter.
Requirements
- Configure modules and implement automation using Salesforce flows.
- Develop and implement approval processes, validation rules, and reports.
- Perform data migration using Data Loader and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
- Understand custom metadata types and managed packages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and internal teams throughout project delivery.
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistently deliver quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
