Supervisor-Hydro

The Supervisor-Hydro is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day operations of the departments under their supervision. This includes optimizing and actively managing the work hours of employees and assets, ensuring safety, quality, training, and standards are met, and proactively managing the business to provide feedback to the Superintendent of Engineering on critical issues.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of underground utility construction operations
• Experience with hydrovac operations
• Leadership skills to manage a team of 2 to 4 Foreman/crew leads, 2 to 4 crews comprised of 6-12 employees
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced/high volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
