Senior Production Designer

The Senior Designer ensures the flawless execution of creative design materials, bridging creative concepts and technical precision to deliver production-ready files that meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of creative design experience, ideally in entertainment or agency environments
• Knowledge of the Broadway space or live event marketing
• Proven experience mentoring creative teams and developing talent
• Fluency across digital, video, social, and experiential channels; familiarity with emerging tools and trends (including AI) is a plus
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts while maintaining high creative standards
