Lead Software Developer

Role Overview

This role will provide technical and architectural leadership to the software development team, working directly with product and client teams to design software solutions and solve complex problems.

What You Will Do

Work closely with business analysts to design, develop and test new features and functionality for our core product, meet with clients and product teams to provide expertise in design and architecture, and provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development preferred
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and relational database concepts
• Expert proficiency with SQL and strong grasp of database concepts
• Significant experience with:.NET Framework, javascript, C#
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures
• Experience working with object relational mappings
• Experience with Agile development practices
• Ability to drive projects to comp
