Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The role involves setting up software development practices, analyzing customer needs, and advising product management on requirements and scope.

What You Will Do

The Lead Developer will be responsible for software development and delivery, building and evolving digital products, and integrating developed components into the end-to-end product.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development
• 2+ technical leadership and/or coordination responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of professional software development using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server, MongoDB, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, RESTful API design, GraphQL, OpenAPI/Swagger, Azure services, DevOps practices, testing and quality, architecture and delivery
