Job Description
Sixth Street Asset Based Finance is seeking a Transaction Manager to join its expanding ABF team. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in good standing in a state Bar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financings, securitization and capital markets transactions
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory policy issues affecting securities and ABS, MBS, and CMBS markets
