Corporate Legal Counsel/ Attorney

Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of multiple U.S.-based clients for a Corporate Legal Counsel/ Attorney to provide legal support in corporate governance, contract drafting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree and active license to practice law in your country.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) for U.S. corporate legal support.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate law, contract drafting, or related legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with contract negotiation, corporate filings, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-border collaboration with U.S. clients.
