Instructional Designer

Our client is seeking a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer who can leverage AI tools to design, develop, and produce instructional videos and learning content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating instructional videos (animated, talking-head, screen-recorded, or AI-generated).
• Proficiency with AI content-creation tools, such as: AI video generators (e.g., Synthesia, Pictory, HeyGen) AI voiceover tools AI scriptwriting or content-drafting tools AI image/animation tools
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
• Ability to simplify complex topics and create learner-centered content.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards is a plus.
