Requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and finance
- 5+ years experience in Office management, accounting, finance, vendor management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
