Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, with a focus on technology-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and clients
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing candidate information
