QA Technician I

Requirements

• Assist with tasks related to quality of finished products, raw ingredients and packaging materials.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety practices are followed.
• Collect measurements, test and report results on various components to ensure they fall within specification ranges.
• Ensure that sandwiches are being built to specification.
• Conduct in line audits/product assessments for specification compliance on food products.
• Coordinate with production on regulatory and quality issues, and document corrective actions.
• Ensure GMPs are being followed.
• Assess facility for sanitary compliance.
• Collect weights and measurements of finished good products.
• Ensure package integrity and accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
