Banking - Business Consulting (m/f/d)

We are looking for experienced colleagues with in-depth banking expertise to strengthen our customers and our team. As part of our project teams, you will gain deep insights into business models and current challenges in the banking industry.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
• Several years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on banking topics
• In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: credit processes, payment processing, risk management, IT and digitalization strategies, regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel III/IV, CRR/CRD, MaRisk)
• Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Existing network in the banking or consulting environment with potential for business development
• University degree in economics, (economic) mathematics, or a comparable course of study
• Very good German and English skills
