The role involves implementing projects for German banking, insurance, and asset management companies, with opportunities for specialization in project management or regulatory/technical topics. Requirements
- Entrepreneurial character: Responsibility, self-motivation, active shaping of your own career
- Interest in the business models of asset managers and asset management companies and at least three years of experience in these areas, in a custodian bank or in a consulting company
- Knowledge of front-to-back processes and basic knowledge of essential regulatory requirements as well as current market-relevant topics (Sustainability, Digitalization, Digital Assets)
- Independent and solution-oriented work, ability to prioritize
- As a Manager, you have developed an initial network of potential customers with the possibility of jointly expanding it up to customer acquisition
- As a Senior Manager, you have already developed a business case and reliable contacts with potential customers
- At least a good university degree in economics, (business) mathematics, or a comparable field
- Excellent work and project results
- Very good German language skills (for non-native speakers at least good German language skills and the willingness to improve them further)
- Very good English language skills
