Senior Manager Corporate Development

Nord Anglia Education is the world's leading premium international schools organization. The Senior Manager Corporate Development will support NAE's growth strategy by providing full transaction support to corporate development projects.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with a degree from a leading University
• MBA or a Master’s in finance, CFA, CPA or equivalent a plus
• Experience of various markets and cultures
• Experience working in a deal environment, preferably in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, transaction team of a Big 4 accounting firm, Investment bank, management consultant with transaction experience from a top consulting firm
• Outstanding analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills, strong PowerPoint skills
• Highly numerate with a sound understanding of what lays behind numbers and drive revenues and profitability
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting
• Ability to pay attentional to detail without compromising the big picture
• Ability to work in teams, independently and under pressure
• Ability to summarize complex issues
• Ability to think creatively when resolving complex issues
