Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field
• At least three years of professional experience in construction management or project management
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, quality assurance, and project control
• Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills in dealing with project participants
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Organizational strength and well-developed team and communication skills
• Safe use of MS Office, preferably also with MS Project
