Job Description
Renowned company in the construction and real estate industry seeks experienced Construction Site Manager for trench and road construction projects. Responsibilities include project leadership, subcontractor coordination, quality monitoring, and safety compliance.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering or further education as a technician/master (m/w/d) in trench construction
- Several years of professional experience in construction management in trench and/or road construction
- Fundamental knowledge of VOB and construction law
- Organizational talent, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Safe handling of MS Office and common accounting and calculation software
- Driving license class B
