Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage urban development projects in one of the locations Stuttgart, Frankfurt, München, Karlsruhe or Mannheim. The successful candidate will have experience in construction management, a degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification and strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in construction management in high-rise construction, ideally in larger project developments
- Fundamental knowledge of construction processes and very good VOB knowledge
- Organizational strength, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Communication skills and team ability
