We are seeking a Housing and Commercial Building Purchaser to join our team in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing operational and strategic procurement for building projects, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, and contributing to the company's success.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering, economics, or a comparable technical education
• Work experience in procurement, site management, or calculation in housing construction is beneficial
• Good market knowledge in the area of subcontractors and building materials
• Negotiation skills, economic thinking, and a structured way of working
• Team skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external project participants
