Requirements

• Overall responsible management of the construction execution of large projects in civil engineering / bridge construction
• Coordination and leadership of several site managers and construction site teams
• Ensuring the adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality targets
• Monitoring work safety, construction logistics, and subcontractor services
• Close cooperation with project management, calculation, and clients
• Participation in contract negotiations, change management, and project control
