Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar qualification
• More than 3 years of experience in leading key-fit construction projects
• Detailed knowledge of construction law, construction technology, and project planning
• Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Safe handling of MS Office and construction management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented way of working
• High stress resistance, flexibility, and willingness to commit
