Job Description
Our client is a successful construction company seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee projects across departments. The successful candidate will lead shell construction projects, coordinate with site managers, polishers, and sub-contractors, and ensure compliance with cost, time, and quality targets.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in shell construction
- Thorough knowledge of the VOB as well as construction flow and site coordination
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and organizational talent
