Assistant Design Manager

Requirements

• Be accountable for the design management of work packages allocated to you and their delivery to the agreed plan.
• Manage and coordinate with design teams and sub-contractors for the packages or small projects you are allocated so their activities are planned and programmed and integrate with the project programme.
• Work to the Design Management Plan, ensuring design control processes / governance are applied.
• Verify the information exchanged is complete, of the quality required and where appropriate, is checked by suitable competent people.
• Support the Design Manager / Senior Design Manager in assessment of consultant's applications for payment, Early Warnings and Change requests.
• Work with the Design Manager / Senior Design Manger, BIM Manager, Environment, H&S, Commercial, Stakeholder team, Construction Team and Planner.
