Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to ensure commercial governance and activity across the project or portfolio. The role requires experience in a commercial role within the facilities management sector, strong numerical, communication and organisational skills, and experience with Oracle or financial management system.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a commercial role within the facilities management sector
- Experience of working with client representatives
- Strong numerical, communication and organisational skills
- Experience of Oracle or financial management system
- Experience of contract documents (PFI/Bespoke/JCT/NEC is preferred)
- Security clearance
