Consents Manager

We are currently looking for a Consent Manager who will be responsible for ensuring all obligations arising from the DCO process and associated consent documentation are accurately tracked, managed, and delivered in line with legal, regulatory, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in infrastructure project delivery, ideally within the transport, energy, or utilities sectors
• In-depth understanding of Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and the UK planning regime (e.g. Planning Act 2008)
• Strong skills in data management, document control, and tracking complex regulatory or legal requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional project teams, including engineering, legal, planning, and environmental disciplines
• Degree or equivalent in Planning, Environmental Management, Law, Engineering, or Project Management is desirable
• Knowledge of EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) and its relationship with DCO commitments is desirable
