Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Director to lead and oversee day-to-day management of construction activities on major projects in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational delivery of the works within budget and on programme to the satisfaction of the client, end users, and local community.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge/experience of successful delivery of building projects of £250m plus
- Demonstrable building sector experience as a Senior Project Manager / Construction Director or major build projects
- Key understanding of programme and the importance of sequence within the technical office build environment
- Demonstrable experience managing and leading a team at delivery phase
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent and or having a large amount of experience in running construction projects at this level
