Job Description
Skanska is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their Commercial Property Maintenance team in London. The ideal candidate will have technical qualifications and knowledge in electrical engineering, health and safety awareness, and strong communication and customer skills.
Requirements
- Technical Qualifications & Knowledge: NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), BMS experience, and understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment.
- Health & Safety Awareness: IOSH Working Safely (or similar) and strong understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Communication & Customer Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Workstyle & Problem-Solving: Able to work independently or within a team, with strong time-management skills and evidence-based logical problem-solving capability.
- Professional Attributes: Adaptable to change, with the ability to apply compliance knowledge effectively within key responsibility areas.
