Job Description
Skanska is looking for an Operations Manager to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in the Building Services OU at Walsall Hospital. The role involves implementing and improving operational systems, managing the financial performance of the delivery team, and building effective working relationships with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, knowledge of administrative and organisational policies, and experience in administrative supervision.
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent experience within specialism
- Knowledge of the full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures
- Experience of administrative supervision
- High-level understanding of spreadsheet and database applications
- Understanding and experience of CAFM systems (desirable)
