Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Building Services team in Cambridge. The role provides commercial support for a project, working closely with the operational teams. Key responsibilities include cost management, value management, and preparation of interim and final accounts.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related subject
- Preferably qualified to ICES or RICS accreditation
- Relevant CSCS Card
- A comprehensive level of commercial experience preferably with a contracting organisation
