Senior Buyer

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to negotiate, and place material and plant orders against operational and business requirements and support win work activities. The role will involve minimising the cost of plant and materials and services to Skanska while supporting a safe and sustainable supply chain.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in transactional and tactical procurement
• Professionalism and good corporate governance
• Enthusiasm and a track record of excellent collaboration in order to achieve desired outcomes
• Proven desire to improve both yourself and the procurement tasks you undertake
• Line management skills and the ability to develop others
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business and supply chain
