Job Description
Skanska is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to manage multiple trade contractors, labor, materials, logistics, and site interfaces. The successful candidate will have proven experience in construction management and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in major commercial building projects
- Experience with internal packages and finishes
- Current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications
- Previous experience in working and managing commercial office construction projects
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Member of, or working towards membership of a professional institution
