Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site Commercial Team to play a pivotal role in the commercial and financial delivery of a high-profile MoD PFI contract. The role involves assisting the Commercial Manager, overseeing measurement of completed works, and managing commercial disputes.

Requirements

• Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Experience of setting up and/or operating office management systems
• Proven experience of technical minute taking and drafting contractual correspondence
• Ability to obtain or hold Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
