Job Description
Skanska is seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Manager to join their Building Services team in London. The role involves leading electrical Safe Systems of Work, delivering training, and providing technical oversight to ensure compliance and safety.
Requirements
- Expert understanding of the Electricity at Work Regulations
- Expert knowledge of BS 7671 (18th Edition)
- Proven experience implementing electrical Safe Systems of Work
- Strong knowledge of Emergency Lighting regulations
- Working knowledge of BS 8519
- Electrical trade background with appropriate technical training
- C&G Inspection & Testing
- AM2 qualification
- Previous experience as an Authorised Person (AP)
- Appointed Qualified Supervisor or ability to act as one
