Head of People role is responsible for defining and executing People & Culture strategy, leading HR teams, and ensuring strong collaboration and consistency across locations. The role requires senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment and strong data-driven mindset. Requirements

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment
• Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands-on and pragmatic approach
• Fluent in German and English
