VP of Investor Relations (m/f/x)

Skeleton Technologies is looking for a VP of Investor Relations to lead global investor engagement and capital markets strategy, position Skeleton’s technology and growth story to investors, and support the structuring and execution of major financing and strategic transactions.

Requirements

• Significant experience in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance
• Proven track record of working on large capital raises or strategic transactions
• Strong ability to communicate complex technology and growth strategies to investors
• Experience engaging with global investors and financial institutions
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-scaling technology company
