Skello is a leading HR solution for planning and managing field teams. We are looking for a Spanish speaking BDR team lead to lead and develop a commercial team in Spain, growing our local business and implementing actions to improve commercial performance.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and Spanish local market
• Unmatched ability to drive sales growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to create productive team dynamics
• High willingness to join a fast-paced early-stage project
• Native or bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English (French is a plus)
