Concretely, Skello is a human resources management SaaS solution for all establishments with complex schedules. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization and helps with decision-making on team-related costs. For employees, Skello facilitates communication and simplifies their daily lives.
Skello's ambition is to become the reference solution for all field teams in Europe. To achieve this, a Series B funding round of €40M was completed in September 2021 with expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) to bring even more value to its customers through new features and expand into new sectors of activity, beyond the historical sectors: hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
Context
In collaboration with the Product team, Skello's Tech team aims to develop an intuitive, reliable, and secure product for our users.
Divided into impact teams, the teams are composed of Junior, Intermediate, and Senior profiles to have a diverse range of skills in improving our solution. In the context of our development, we work on various subjects: transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture, deploying our platform on new countries and markets... In this context, our teams are reinforced.
That is why we are looking for our future Confirmed Full Stack Developer to help us develop Skello.
Missions
Manage different technical projects with direct impacts on our users.
Develop and implement good coding practices.
Share expertise with the entire teams.
Participate technically in the design, implementation, and integration of features on the product.
Actively participate in team rituals (Stand Up, Poker Planning, Big Demo).

If you have never used one of these stacks, we can accompany you in your skill growth.
Qualifications
Experience in web application development (minimum 2 years in CDI)
Willingness to continue developing or improving your skills on our stack
Curiosity and vigilance on the latest tech
Mastery of relational databases (SQL)
User-oriented orientation and very good product sense
Volunteer to improve your skills on architecture, so you have a grasp of the server to the code
Knowledge of testing frameworks
Appetite for code review, pair programming, and teamwork
Willingness to understand and master the business issues of your company
Professional level of English that allows you to participate in our internationalization
