Staff Engineer AI

We are looking for a Staff Engineer AI to be a fundamental pillar of our evolution, with a focus on AI integration and transformation of our product at scale.

Requirements

• 7-8 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning
• Proven experience and significant expertise on AI projects, including design, development, and deployment of models
• Deep knowledge and/or practical experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their concrete applications
• Confirmed expertise in Python (essential for AI/ML), and solid mastery of Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Proven expertise in the Amazon Web Services environment for the deployment and management of scalable AI infrastructures
• Strong appetite for designing distributed systems, microservices, and scalable solutions, with a clear vision on AI integration
• Capable of taking initiatives, influencing technical and strategic choices related to AI, and guiding teams
• Love solving difficult technical problems and optimizing performance, particularly those related to AI challenges
