Assistant Manager Manufacturing Engineering

The role of Assistant Manager Manufacturing Engineering involves working on process improvements, new product development, and technical assistance to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Requirements

• Sound Knowledge of Turning, Hard Turning, Hard Machining, (Grinding & Honing will be added) Assembly process.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, geometric dimensioning and tolerance, Hand on experience on 3D modelling software E.g. Creo and 2D modelling software E.g. AutoCAD.
• Good Understanding of Process Flow diagrams, PFEA, Control Plan and MSA.
• Machine Qualification Technique, FAT and SAT.
• Learning Agility, problem solving mindset
• Exposure to advanced manufacturing technique, digitization, robotics. Low cost automation
• Effective team player
