Legal Counsel (m/w/d) - Schwerpunkt Wirtschafts- und Vertragsrecht

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Focus on Business and Contract Law at our location in Schweinfurt, Germany, effective immediately. The role involves providing legal advice, supporting integrations, and conducting training and contract design.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law (1st and 2nd state exam, preferably with honors) or master's or bachelor's degree in law in the field of business law
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an industrial company or in a law firm specializing in business law
• In-depth knowledge of business and antitrust law
• Experience in dealing with international contract structures is an advantage
• Understanding of economic and technical relationships
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and English language skills in word and writing
• Inter cultural understanding and openness
• Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working, as well as strong communication skills
• High degree of initiative, commitment, and team skills
