Interior Technical Architect - Job Captain

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interiors Technical Designer/Job Captain to manage the technical development, coordination, and documentation of projects from design development through construction administration.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Professional licensure process close to completion; LEED accreditation strongly preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities in corporate interiors
• Construction Documents and detailing Experience
• Construction Administration and site experience interacting with contractors
• Familiarity with building codes
• Knowledge of building systems used for interior construction
• Advanced Revit experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
