Senior Interior Designer

Senior Interior Designer position at SOM, a global firm committed to shaping a better future for clients, communities, and the planet. Responsibilities include leading design teams, managing project timelines, and contributing to the development of sustainable strategies. Must have a professional degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design, LEED accreditation, and at least 6 years of experience.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design
• Professional licensure process close to completion
• LEED accreditation strongly preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
• General understanding of sustainable strategies and principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with BIM and Revit Tools
• Actively supports compliance with BIM/CAD project standards and procedures
