Assistant/Associate Director, Skidmore Fund

The Assistant/Associate Director, Skidmore Fund will be responsible for dollar growth, setting strategy and facilitating team efforts to secure leadership-level gifts and build a pipeline for major-gift level donors.

Requirements

• Oversee Skidmore's leadership giving program for the Skidmore Fund
• Develop and implement overall plans, set metrics, and partner for meaningful donor stewardship
• Manage the President's Society (PS) and the Young Alumni President's Society (YAPS) - leadership giving societies
• Develop and implement solicitation and stewardship plans, work with key volunteers, campus partners, and colleagues in Advancement
• Solicit leadership gifts for the Skidmore Fund and other College priorities
• Support fundraising in key reunion classes, including volunteer recruitment and management
